Business Processes & Systems

Breaking this sprints work into 4 subcomittees: Academic Calendar, Financial Aid, Tuition Model, & Transcription.

Work underway to get the academic calendar down on paper with projected dates for the next several years. We’ll review in the next strand meeting.

Policy & Regulatory Compliance

Draft program approval timeline created. Project Management will likely be the first program to make it to final USDE approval. Meeting on 11/20 to review HLC application and create a plan to collect necessary details.

Student Journey Supports

In process of refining Student Support Model and framing questions and items that need to be addressed. You can review our first Service Blueprint & Student Questions Map in the Teams site.

Optional work session on December 18 to define the ‘Coach’ role and create our staffing plan and documentation.
