Budget & Finance

Emily Zentner

  • Modeling underway for tuition rate structures using tiers & subscription levels.

Policy

Abby Ropes

  • Policies for review have been prioritized and stakeholders have been identified. 
  • Financial Aid & Registrar policies are underway; publishing pathway dependent on approvals by HLC & USDE.
  • Currently drafting grading policies.

Program Governance 

Gina Wyant

  • This workgroup is responsible for overseeing & facilitating each governance step for each of the 5 Jayhawk Flex inaugural programs.
  • Current focus is finalizing the HLC application for our first Flex Program - Project Management. The group is on track to submit by Friday, Sept 27.

Learning & Assessment Experience

Julianna Stockton

  • Finalizing a set of Jayhawk Flex Design Standards. Meeting was held on September 11 to get final feedback on Design Guidelines and the Competency Content Template. The next step is to build out the template in a campus course shell. The workgroup will be reconvened in late October to review draft competencies in Canvas.
