Presented academic calendar proposal options to the Steering Committee on 10/27. The decision was made that we’ll move forward with a subscription-based standard term calendar.

Curriculum & Learning

On November 8, the Curriculum strand meeting time has been extended and repurposed for a Faculty Model Workshop, facilitated by C-BEN.

Information Technology

Unicon to deliver recommendations by December 8.

The next meeting will be focused on reviewing work for the upcoming sprint and determining the work & meeting structures for the next 3 months

Policy & Regulatory Compliance

Working to define a program approval timeline for each program. The launch date for the programs remains January 2025.

In our next meeting, we’ll be reviewing the milestones for the upcoming sprint.

The week of Thanksgiving will be an optional work session to do a deep dive on the “Coach” role and create the staffing plan and documentation to provide to the steering committee.
