Highlights

• Program working decisions and pending decisions can be viewed in the Decision Register here.
• Faculty Model Workgroup is formed and will meet now until mid-January to generate recommendations for a CBE Faculty Model.
• Program Design Workshop #3 will be scheduled soon. The purpose of this workshop is to begin creating instructional content & outlines and complete the curriculum packaging work (sequencing & bundling of competencies, program admission requirements, etc.)

Business Processes & Systems

First draft of 10-year Academic Calendar completed and additional review of regulations is underway.

Financial Aid Policy work has begun. Meeting to prioritize first policies for review taking place on December 13.

Curriculum & Learning

Leader: Kelli Feldman

Next Meeting: Dec 6

During the next meeting, we’ll review the working decisions on grading policy and wrap up the first draft of academic policy decisions.

Meeting scheduled on Dec 12 to review working decisions with Registrar & Financial Aid offices.

Information Technology

Leader: Ed Hudson

Next Meeting: Nov 30

Working with Unicon on technology recommendations. Goal is to have a detailed and actionable report to share broadly by Dec 8. Progress to be reported on next steering committee meeting.

Policy & Regulatory Compliance

Leader: Jennifer Roberts

Next Meeting: Dec 11

Initial review of HLC application with Project Management group on 11/20. Over the next 2 weeks, we’ll develop a timeline for gathering necessary components (both institutional decisions & program-level details) - with a goal of submitting to HLC in early February.

Student Journey Supports
