Highlights
- The STEM program has received approval from the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) and the Kansas Board of Education (KBOR)!
- The Project Management program has been submitted to the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) for approval.

Budget & Finance
- A Tuition Model Deep Dive to review underlying assumptions took place on Jan 8. Next steps are to reassess instructional expenses and marketing & recruitment plans. Discussions will continue bi-weekly through the Spring.

Policy
- Policies for review have been prioritized and stakeholders have been identified.
- Financial Aid & Registrar policies are underway; publishing pathway dependent on approvals by HLC & USDE.

Program Governance
- The HLC Application for Project Management was approved. We've kicked off the HLC application exercise with the HOPE & STEM teams.

Learning & Assessment Experience
- As a follow-up from the Canvas template review, the Jayhawk Flex design team will be holding a series of virtual User Experience Testing Sessions to gather feedback on parts of the prototyped competency outlines in Canvas in mid-January. The objective is to gain clarity on the best user experience, particularly in the areas of terminology and competency navigation.

Enrolled Student Support
- The Project Management faculty team joined this week's meeting and collaborated on the intersection of faculty and advisor roles and how that will impact student communication and degree progression. The development of the Flex student orientation is underway in the new Comevo platform.

- Work underway on a proof of concept for Jayhawk Flex SIS configuration. The USDE application has been submitted!
