Budget & Finance

Emily Zentner

Modeling underway for tuition rate structures using tiers & subscription levels. Pre-meetings are scheduled with Enrollment Management & Finance teams, with the goal of finalizing the tuition model & rate recommendations at the November 20 meeting.

Policy

Abby Ropes

Policies for review have been prioritized and stakeholders have been identified.
Financial Aid & Registrar policies are underway; publishing pathway dependent on approvals by HLC & USDE.
Currently drafting grading policies.

Program Governance

The HLC Application for Project Management was submitted on September 27. In the coming weeks we'll be reaching out to the next 2 inaugural programs that will go to HLC.

Learning & Assessment Experience

Julianna Stockton

Finalizing a set of Jayhawk Flex Design Standards. Meeting was held on September 11 to get final feedback on Design Guidelines and the Competency Content Template. The next step is to build out the template in a campus course shell. The workgroup will be reconvened in late October to review draft competencies in Canvas.

Last meeting this group reviewed the degree sequence for one of the inaugural programs and discussed what information would be needed for a student progress dashboard.
