Highlights

  • Jayhawk Flex Halfway There Celebration! 

    Please join us in celebrating the halfway mark of the Jayhawk Flex journey on Monday, June 17, from 11:45-1:30 at the AAI offices at 1515 St. Andrews Drive.

    We’ll have food, ice cream, live music from Dead Ringers, and remarks from Neal and Provost Bichelmeyer.

  • 52 policies have been identified as “likely impacted” by Jayhawk Flex. Over the next 2 weeks, we’ll be revising and prioritizing the list for drafting & governance.

  • HLC application for Project Management Flex is completed and will be reviewed throughout the month of June in preparation to submit. See here.

Business Processes & Systems

Drafts of R2T4, SAP, and credit hour policies are completed - see here. Next steps are to start drafting the next phase of policies & procedures and start queueing up for governance reviews as necessary.

Curriculum & Learning

Grading policies and procedures guidance complete and will be utilized as we moved forward to the policy drafting process.

Additional discussion around our CPL approach is pending some assessment evaluation work that’s taking place within C3Be and in conjunction with the Canvas application review.

Information Technology

Logistics & services follow-up meeting with Instructure scheduled for June 12. We’ll discuss options for utilizing a sandbox & pilot/prototype.
